installing skins

I am running vbulletin 3.8.1 and I am trying to install the phaze skin that is posted here and I cannot figure out how to do it could someone please help as I have been trying this for a few days now..

vBulletin Manual - Uploading a Style

Make sure you upload the images folder to the correct path, some styles require you to upload it to the forum root, others to the images folder, this is the most common error.

See is style version same as your vbulletin!

As arrow said create a new folder called skins in your lmage folder and upload phaze to it..

Thank you all for the help someone had walked me through it and I found out about the having to make a new folder and name it skins after that it worked perfectly.
