This is exact code that I've been needing for a quite some time, though I do have a question about installation.<br /><br />At first I used my own table, it was processed and returned the message your form has been submitted. The only problem is that the email never reached me. <br /><br />I then tried to use the sample form included with the download. Now when submitting I receive the warning CGI ERROR - The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
