Installation Error! Help!

When I Click To Step 3, I Get An Error...

"The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file."

I CHMOD Every File Except KeyGen.php To 777...

And Putted The Right Information Into My Config.php, But I Get An Error..

Please Help Me How To Fix The Error!
 
Double check your database username and password in cPanel. Many times even though you enter the username "joe" as the database username, cPanel will append the account name (or part of it) on the beginning of the username, so that it becomes "myaccount_joe".

In any event, this is definitely a database username/password issue.
 
You need to chmodd all files and folder back after you run the keygen
Folders = 755
files = 644

then run the install
