Installation, cant get trough

I always stock in step 2, it always say:

Attempting to attach to database

Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'pn_2906985'@'192.168.0.117' (using password: YES) /home/vol4/phpnet.us/t/tryer1/htdocs/Forums/includes/class_core.php on line 311

I used phpnet.us free hosting site
and i got the username of the mysql and the password

what i am doing wrong?

Im using this

GYSN vBulletin.v3.8.0.PHP.NULLIFIED.Incl.Keygen-GYSN

Release. But i cant pass this step. Pls tell me what to do.

have you edited the config.php with your username and password? also does the user got complete access to the data base?

is that the user account for your database access? Can you connect to the database with phpmyadmin?
