Install an Theme/Plugins

Hi all, im pretty new to this and i went to upload the iPhone theme but this happens whilst trying to upload anything i get this error-

Uploadedthe iPhone folder, went to my Admin CP - Plugins & Products - Download/Upload Plugins - Import Plugin Definitions XML File - Nrowse - Locate the .xml - Import

Then i get

Invalid File Specified?

Sometimes they don't be imported that way, they sometimes go in the XML folder.
