Inserting a '0' before a number

Hiya i'm using mysql and have a form that takes details got it all working but I need it to be able to go into my data base so if the phone number is 0298447367 then that's what it shows in the data base .. at the moment it is shown like this 298447367 if there anyway i can fix this? (my the field is set as an int too)
