Insert Popup for LINK, URL, etc

Why am I not seeing this? I'm sure I'm missing something, I'm just not sure what..

The popup I'm talking about prevents you from having to go into the code, to modify what you want it to say. Like you would hit insert link. It would ask you for the link name & then the link url.

proly ur scripts are turned off in ur browser

No, what I'm talking about this.

Doesn't work for me, I never receive a popup; I have to click inside the BBCode & insert the info after it's in the reply box vs. typing it into the small JavaScript window. Is their an option to turn it on? Thanks.

YES THERE IS A WAY TO TURN ON THE script options via

ie settings :

tools then internet options > advance > scroll down where you will see enable java script


also there could be a problem in ur theme! try a different theme and see if it happens or not.
