Track01 what type of quest were you trying to create?
Also note, if you plan on having more then 10 people online with the RPG at once, you can not be on a shared host. It takes to much resources (been their & done that).
So for your quest are you just looking to kill a guy & get a reward?
Are you looking to talk to an NPC to trigger the quest to kill the guy to get the reward ? =P
It is all based off of the RPG triggers.
Please tell me the specifics & I will attempt to walk you through.

Right I will try, It's like a tutorial quest, like when you first start the game you can only see tutorial island sort of thing (Already done) and when you enter tutorial island you can talk to an NPC, where he gives you a quest, which will tell you to go and kill an NPC (monster) called Rex (random) And after you have hunted Rex and killed it you return to the quest giver and reclaim your reward of 50 Exp and 200 Gil
I tried to explain as much as I can but I am only in yr 10 and in set 3 for 4 for english so downer on the descriptive writing lol
