Inferno 2.51 MASSIVE error

I have enabled the Inferno 2.51 shoutbox on my girlfriends site and get the following:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/webdude/public_html/GirlfriendsSite/infernoshout/engine/inferno_engine.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/webdude/public_html/GirlfriendsSite/global.php(365) : eval()'d code on line 6

When its disabled then people can view the site ok, any ideas whats happening?

Its basicly saying some files are missing/cant be found, so make sure all the files have been uploaded to your server.

It was missing files from the "infernoshout/engine" so I downloaded a different version off this site and it works now.
