If you have a file, index.htm or index.html, then this is opened automatically when you type www.domainname.org. Will this still work if the filename is index.php?
CNHSometimes yes but it really depends on how you have things setup. Usually its a setting in your control panel that decides what the index page will be. You can also use .htaccess I believe.
http://bignosebird.com/apache/a2.shtmlYou sent me off looking deep into the settings page of my ISP, and I found the answer I was looking for. Yes, it will support index.php (providing there are no other index pages in the root folder).
Thanks very much.
CNHI'm pretty sure it works because it works with my site. GreatBuysWeb (http://greatbuysweb.com)
