Include Txt File?

i want to inlcude this on several pages<br />

its saved in a text file atm<br />

but i cant seem to get it to be displayed on the pages (html)<br />

Better solution will be use serverside coding to read file and create the page.<!--content-->but would i be able to read it if it was html file<br />
