in-text link exchange: I need some advice here

Hello,
After I submit a link exchange request to an other site, they offer me to do some in-text link exchange. They offer me to pick 10-20 words within their site and tell them where they should link to on my site.

I had a look at their site: 15X my traffic, PR 5 (my PR is 4), lots of outside links, not easy to browse through.

I think I could benefit from that kind of exchange. Anyone has an other opinion about that kind of exchange?

Also, I a am to chose from which pages they will link to my and to which page on my site, I want to pick the best one so I get the most from that. Anyway to find which of their pages are the most poppular and/or receive the more traffic?

Thanks Well i would like that kind of exchange, depending on the number of links pointing out from the page you want links from, if there are none to a few you will get more link juice. If there are a lot of links you will get less juice, make sure the links are follow and point them throughout your inner pages as well as your main page. In-text link exchange is always better than newly created manual link exchange. This is because the search engine would have already indexed part of the text without links, and it will consider the text aged. So linking it to another site would definitely boost up its value.
