Importing a Back Up

I have a .sql file back up of my database from a forum that has been shut down and I am trying to import it onto another site. The back up was created by the PHP-MyAdmin and not in vBulletin however. When I try to import it onto my new site via PHP-myadmin, I get this message:

Could someone tell me I could successfully import this .sql file onto my new site? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

simple your user don't have the permissions to cvreate the databasse
neither the tables or columns give the db user permissions and it will work cya
