[Important]Host Shift

I want to shift my forum from the present host to a new webhost so i need guidance to do so.
Kindly tell whats the proper and correct procedure for shifting my VBulletin (database and ftp part) since i have never done this before for VBulletin.
I have done this for SMF but i dont know for VBulletin.
I need a proper guidance for this.

If you are on a cpanel, do a full back up.

After you have downloaded the backup, unzip it, upload the files to your ftp. Import your database. Run mysite/install/upgrade.php.
