Import Security Namespace into ASCX??

I'm making an ASCX page to include in some ASPX pages, but I've noticed that when I try to inport the System.Web.Security namespace into the control, that it doesn't actually import. Works fine in ASPX pages. I need to use User.Identity.Name in my ASCX, but it won't let me.
