Import email addresses from a different board

I have just left phpbb to vbulletin 3.6.8. due to my admincp being hacked and I no longer have admincp. The only way to access admin features is through the database.

My question is... is there a hack that would allow me to gather all 1,500 member email accounts and send them the new board info? I can post into forums but that doesn't do the whole job.

Any Ideas?
 
First use the 'Impex' to import all data from your old phpBB board to new vBulletin installation. Then you can collect or send out emails from your vBulletin control panel.
