Image Mapping problem

I have the following in my page and it works fine with MSIE but doesn't map the links in any version of Netscape. What am I doing wrong? The code was generated using a free image mapping program from ZDNet.

Thanks in AdvanceThe coodinates are in the wrong format. Your first two numbers should be the position from the top left of the image that you want the hotspot to start at and the next two should be the position that you want it to finish at. Right now, your second coordinates are farther up on the map than the second ones...

Try this format:

<area shape="rect" coords="x1,y1,x2,y2" ...> where x1 is the position of the left of your hotspot, y1 is the top, x2 is the right, and y2 is the bottom. So, basically x1,y1 equal the top left, and x2,y2 equal the bottom right.1. You have two tags without a . NS will not recognize tags that are missing a required closing tag.

2. Your second set of XY coordinates is less than the first set of XY coordinates. NS expects the rectacngle's right and bottom to be to the right or to the bottom of the top and left coordinates.

Apparently, IE allows you to break the rules and get away with it.
