I'm using an image map for some navigation in a site I'm developing. You can find the file here <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.scribblegraphics.com/clacl/index.html">http://www.scribblegraphics.com/clacl/index.html</a><!-- m --> - I just discovered the links aren't being recognized in IE 5.5 on the PC. The links I'm referring to are the 5 links at the top right of the page. They do work on the MAC browsers. I'm thinking the problem might be related to the PNG file I'm using and the javascript which is rendering the PNG file correctly in PC browsers. I've tried trouble shooting this and I've done a number of searches for this problem and haven't found any related articles.

scribblepng files with total transparency work fine in IE5 upwards... semitransparency is where it messes up. so I don't think you need all that complicated stuff in there...
