Image and frames problems

You know how that when you generally put just an image alone on a page, it has a bit of space all around it? How do you get rid of that? My site works with frames for a certain image layout and I'm using an image map, but it keeps getting shoved down by that normal space around the image and getting cut off by the frame. How do I fix it to where the image is as close to the edges as possible? It's so annoying... :help:
:pimp:also having images as busy as the bg you have in the bg you may want to try and make them slightly transparent or maybe just stop them from tiling because it took me 5 mins to find your navigationBleh... it still does it, even though when I preview it off my computer (before it's uploaded), it works just fine. I'm thinking it might be a problem with Angelfire's banner coding... but that's for a pop-up.. Hmm...
