iframe sizing

I have an iframe that displays stuff from another page of mine. Is there a way to make the frame size it self to fit the content of the page. I'm currently getting around it by make the frame bigger than what I think it will be on most system's but I don't thats a very good way to do it.<!--content-->just make the sixe a percentage of the users resolution. that is basically the only way I believe<!--content-->
