Hi,
On which 10 sites, directories would you buy links/listings if you'd have enough money?
I'm talking about real sites, real directories, articles sites, wherever, but which are the TOP 10 after your opinion?
I'm sure you mean "advertising space" not "links" and it depends on the niche, but I think the following would be a good start for pretty much anyone

bing.com
yahoo.com
BT.com
BBC.co.uk
toyota.com
BP.com
vodafone.com
cisco.com
Of course I doubt any of them would sell you one, and if they did offer I doubt you could afford it anyway! Facebook

, I would also like to have links on Lockheed Martin and the Whitehouse page...
But from genuine webmaster point-of-view... where to list? Generally I don’t go with paid links but if I would select top 10 site then I think this will be my choice
