Google and others actually will disclose this with some of their other services...like the $1/Firefox converter that they were doing (not sure anymore). Obviously this is going to be subject to a number of algorithms and such, as well as the value of the currency in that country.As I think when someone sign up with google then he had option that where to show your ad. So its all depends on marketer where he want to show(either uk, usa, china etc). Like hosting website can get customer from whole world. Hope I am right.
