Do you mean accept a comment link from a spammer?
If this is what you mean then no it will now harm your blog.
I make sure that I have all of my no follow boxes ticked in my settings so that even if I accept links it does not pass my link juice on to other sites. I am not 100% sure this is a must but I do it and it works so I don't plan on changing it.

Those you link out to are also considered when the search engines evaluate your site, just as they consider where your incoming links are from. I suggest you that don't accept the links spam site link or virus site links because it is good for your site safety.
