If Converting or Changing to Another Forum, Can I Save the Posts/Users?

I've had my users register a few times over & over in the past, but unfortunately, someone reported my VB & it's been suspended. Now I have to go with ANOTEHR forum script. my question is, I do have a backup of the forum data on my PC. Can I use the post/users in that data & convert it so posts & users won't be lost?

Yes you, Can. Simple.
1* Go to your host control pannel
2* Go to myPHPAdmin
3* Export
4* Check a Mark on "Drop Table"
5*Check to save the File, don't change anything else!
6*Click-Continue to save the SQL.
For uploading the Files in another Server, PM
