If a page looks good on Firefox Mac but almost downright ugly on IE6 on Windows (98), is that more likely to be an OS related issue than a browser related issue?
For instance:
the font/text looks partly faded and inconsistent in IE PC but looks solid and consistent on FF Mac.
The widths of the <div>s also seem wider in IE6, and despite their widths being set in pixels, and despite a complete doctype being included, and despite that the width bug appears to be an issue of IE5X, not IE6. Is this browser or OS-related? Must we replace all text with images? .It's a browser issue.
Without a complete document it's impossible to know what's wrong.I'm gonna try a bit more. If it doesn't work I'll be back.
