i have already installed a style from this forum in my forum(vbulletin3.8.2).i have successfully installed the skin(xml file)but the icons,buttons etc,are not included.what i have to do????thanks!

Go back and re-read the installation instructions again. Most likely you've uploaded the skin's images directory in the wrong place.

upload it via ftp.
usually the files go...
/images
