if so open the navbar template

find

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="calendar.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[calendar]</a></td>

then add after it

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="arcade.php?$session[sessionurl_q]">Arcade</a></td>

save & your done

else question about ibProArcade v2.6.5+ what i must edit to translate arkade too my language
there is no posibility to translate it in phrases tks 4 help

for the last question goto your ftp were the vbulletin files are.. now goto /arcade/lang/ there you will find lang_Arcade_en.php etc open this one and edit it there
