I want users to submit two or more text lines

I'd like to use a series of single-line text inputs instead of one textarea.There'd be two of them at first followed by a link or button to add another line. Upon clicking this button/link it would slide down and another text input would be added above it.Example: http://www.kayak.com/flights?mc=y
