But if you want to change website URLs structure as well then definitely it will affect the ranking. Therefore, change only website appearance and keep your website URLs same. I have seen people changing their website appearance like they change their clothes.
As long as you keep the url's same.
The new appearance doesn't change the speed of your website.
If you have your links in text now , and you change them to pictures link , it might affect but you can use your keywords in alt.
Depends on the website , competition on those your keywords your are ranking , and many other things, wht's your website anyway? You should change the template which is expressing your content and ad will be showing in the right area. So you must see the template system to make real money from online. As long as you keep the same page titles and information you should not have any changes in your positions.
