I want photo uploading like tumblr [closed]

I just want to upload photo to my site same as tumblr without page reloading and the url should be change exaple :In tumblr when i login following url is showing me : http://www.tumblr.com/dashboard on top tabs when i click on photo link the url is changed to http://www.tumblr.com/new/photo and all this is happen without reloadin page and when i drag photo there it show me preview instantly without making uploading process . i dont know how i could is done Please help me for making this kind of functionality for my site.Any url or plugin you have please help i need it .... i am usin PHP and mysql
