i tried asking in css forum and nobody has helped

so i will try here!
I am using a template that used frames
but i dont want to use frames at all so ive tried to make it work without the frames and im just not smart enough! :(

ok heres the deal

the template comes with a leftside image that spans the whole page. the same image turned horizontal to go completely accross the top. AND a kool little corner image that joins the two together!

I can get the left side image working of course but i cant get the top or the corner image to work!

heres the link to the page:

PLEASE PLEASE does anyone have any suggestions?

thankyers

StormyIs there supposed to be a page not found error on the link? davewhat yer mean but there shouldnt be any error page at all

stormyi think that Dave meant:

the link is dead
(there is no page at the link that you provided)

;) kI tried phrasing it diplomatically just in case he was redesigning a page not found error page LOLwell here it is again!

http://www.geocities.com/lef_ventures_3/

yer can also add index.html at the end i think!
it works for me :(

not sure why its not working my friends can see it!

but thanks for clarifying that! :)

im really really really trying to work this out without using frames! <sigh>

feel so dumb sometimes!

stormand besides....

now you are getting help (from Spuffi) over at the CSS forum.

this thread should be closed so as not to confuse the issue.

;) k

EDIT :
and the first link STILL doesn't work... although this new one does.
try it for yourself....
we may be nuts....
but we ain't crazy! :)in the first link i miss spelled it duh - i can see i put a - instead of an underscore _ sorry about that!

stormto get help from more then one person?

sorry

stormywell....

you really have cross-posted... so....

it's just not supposed to be done... that's all (just don't shoot the messenger ;) )

well anyway...
try this place:

http://www.thenoodleincident.com/tutori ... boxes.html

lots of good methods for using CSS for layout.

(and Spuffi is cool... he's not just "one person" to me! :) )

;) kfor that link - its somethink close but not quite :(
