i pitch alot and lately my right shoulder by my upper back feels weird ad kinda pops and is annoying

I used to pitch too.Before you actually have a game, warm up your arm by throwing in close distance, over hand and slow speed.Then back up some throwing with more speed to better prepare your arm.Stretching before you start to throw is very important.Make sure not to sleep on your arm at all.This might cause shoulder movement,dislocation or extreme soreness.Know when to quit.
