sorry dude. theres no such thing yet.
but there is an instant messaging. so its sorta like that.

Or You Can Create a Notice. and place it above the theme.

i recommend using @ xat.com.
but i prefer the inferno shoutbox available @ vB TEAM

and inferno shoutbox is perfect but you will have alot of pple messaging so you'll lose meesages quickly lol.
but yeah theres not sound yet .
