I Need Some Emergency Advice

It is good to see that our suggest about the last google update date is PERFECT.However i have schocked becouse the update results ;1-my backlinks down to the 1 from 90 !2-Mainpage PR is 2 subpages PR's are about 4-5 !3- Others dosnt need told here The Possible reason of that ;1- I have changed the index.html to the index.shtml before the 2 weeks ago from this update.2- I gave more weight to my subpages instead the index page becouse most of the ranking were from the 2 subpages ...Unknowledges are ;1- Why i gain a big 1 for the main page backlink results at google? Altough Web Site is listed google+dmoz and many directories + hundreds of related high pr site 2- Only with one backlink(google results after this update) and decreased pr of 2 , any of the rank doesnt get lowered. The site still ranks well and google brings me very quality visitors....3- Or Could it be a broken/buggy udate for our site ?i am thinking about this situation for 3 days and i cant decide what i have to do - fix?What about that i have to do ?1-Am i have to change the main page to the index.html(pr5) from index.shtml(pr2) ?2-If 1 is not needed then which will be more better ; index.php or index.shtml to let google count subpages as well ?Thanks for your advice and comments !there is something realy UNUSUAL with google !Today i have my backlinks recovered with additionals altough the last update is almost ten days ago?Anybody notice backlink change today?Is google start to individual backlinks update or there were solved bugs at this update?mine are the same as were in the beginning of month after update. I guess this would be google backlinks dance what is really strange is that google counted backlinks from site that have 0-3 PR, which is good though but it on the other hand google did not count some sites that are 4+ site which upsets me. Yet google god is caprisious. oh well...
