i got a problem here on my forums users cannot upload there own avatar..


this is what a user gets when he clicks on edit avtar. They dont even get a option to use a custom avatar.

Your Current AvatarNo Avatar Specified Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.
Do not use an avatar
Note: if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it.

How do i allow them to add there avtars please provide me step by step

have you tried your admin cp ,avatars,then
avatar manager.... avatar permissions and make sure reg user are set to yes.
this is what the user cp should look like for adding and deleting avatars.
 
yes i got reg user to yes but still a user cannot upload his avatar i dont know what seems to be the reason.

try this
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Quick Reply -> Yes - Click Not Required
