everytime i try to search in my quick search bar i got this error

what can i do to fix it? im not that good in scripts please help me

Looks like the hack you installed that is suppose to display ads is broken, disable it and see if the problem goes away.

i disable all the ads but stilll got the same error

Well try opening in notepad++

in /home/tiesto/public_html/nukewap.co.cc/includes/functions.php(5721) : eval()'d code on line 11

Then go to line 11 and post what it says. Maybe you messed up the coding?
