i have been lookin for a blank template thing that i can upload to my geocities site. i want a regular page with a scroll bar. like this guys:<br />

When you see the source there is the frameset.<br />
When you need the menu: R click - Open Frame in new Window<br />
Then source.<br />
Put the source code in a html editor or notepad.<br />
