I need a mod like that ! for social groups to be on forumhome

Hi, all
I thought that if I can make user's of social groups to be shown on my forumhome like forums or just a group and its members in rows ;
Once I hit google search engine I found out a similar thing like that ,
" User's Social Groups on Forum Home (like forumlist, fully templated) "
it is in this site ;
