I have trouble getting BL's mainly with other websites. Personal email garnish no responses. I problem I see is that most websites were not created by the owner, so the owner would have to contact the WebMaster... What's a good way to get a relationship to work to generate BL's? i have the same problem, contact a lot of "owners" or "webmasters" but never get a reply... its a shame :O Thats basically the situation, usually I stick to forum posting, blog commenting, article and directory submissions.
