It means that they cannot connect to the forum through MySQL, which is a server-side issue. That error is fairly generic. Typically it happens when the Mysql server is down or new connections can't connect (example when max connections is reached). On a shared server, it is also common that when users hit their diskspace quota, they can pretty much cause a DOS on the Mysql as update queries have priority over all else.On the flip side, I am fairly irritated with those warning emails. On a busy forum, when you have a blip (such as when loads are high) it can make the loads worse with the mailings and it can quickly spiral out of control.I would to thank every one but can any one find for us a solution to solve this ? i need useful informationI would to thank every one but can any one find for us a solution to solve this ? i need useful informationDo you own the servers? If not, ask your web host to fix this problem. If they can't, switch to another web host. If you do own the servers, find someone capable of doing this for you.especialy resellerzoom technincal staffSince this was posted in the managed hosting section, one would assume you have "managed hosting". Have you asked this of your host/provider, or did you come here and expect them to see it sooner than through their own support channels?I would to thank every one

Contact your host support. Since you are only on a reseller plan, you don't have any rights or permissions to access the services.
You may want to try asking your host if they will allow you the right to restart services in your WHM. They may be willing to do so, and when they do, you can restart Mysql from your reseller WHM if Mysql is having issues. But I have doubts they will allow it. We don't due to the possibilities of it affecting other users esp since the restart functionality doesn't work every single time.On the flip side, I am fairly irritated with those warning emails.
