huge IE glitch... help needed asap

so, I launched my personal site a few days ago, and I just looked at it in IE for the first time since launch, and noticed a serious layout glitch on pages where the middle column is longest. When you initially load the page the column is clipped, but if you refresh, it displays properly. Any ideas as to ho to fix this? (link in sig)Uhm... looks fine in IE6, to me...wierd... it went away... damn IE is f'd up
