Huge cache memory usage

Hello, i am using VB 3.8.1 , but my website users complain they get huge size cache memory stored at their pcs and high CPU usage whenever they visit my website.
Can some1 plz help me,what's this and how to resolve this problem.Thx.
 
Are you running some kind of javascript app? Something like falling snow on your page(s)? That's usually the cause of high client CPU usage.
