HTML notepad

I saw a guy on campus the other day using a program called "HTML Notepad." It's just regular old notepad, mostly. There's nothing special about it, except that it always highlights any tags you put in, so that all your tags appear in red (easier to locate) and all your text in normal black; plus there's a tag-list option so if you forgot what tag goes for something, you can look it up on the list. He didn't know where he had gotten it. Does anyone know where I can get this for free?<!--content-->i think this is it:<br />
