HTML in email message body

I've created an HTML document that I now wish to email. How can I include the HTML content in the message body so that it displays correctly (not as text/code)?<br />

With 'Outlook Express' Click 'Create Mail' Click 'View' Click 'Source Edit' This will give you three tabs at the bottom - <br />
'Edit'<br />
'Source'<br />
'Preview' Click 'Source' and insert your HTML Click 'Preview' to..... preview Click 'Edit' prior to sending mail<br />
