Html Forms and CSS and ASP

I am working on a website project. The website must allow the user to choose there style choices that will then be implemented across the website (only 3 pages). The website must ASP code and HTML. I have been trying to give the user simple choices using forms (such as a choice of 2 background colours) but I have not been able to process this code and implement in the webpages. I understand how forms work with the GET, POST and ACTION etc. Can it be done Using as combination of Forms, ASP and CSS.Bear in mind i am not very experienced in all this yet so it would be great if any replys could keep this in mind.RegardsT
