HTML for different languages

I need to write a site in Russian!!<br />
So far i have worked out:<br />

i need to add <html lang="ru"><br />
<br />
and i need to change the "chaset = " in <br />
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"> <br />
<br />
Anyone know where i can get info on the different charset? Any other advice would be much appreciated.<!--content-->Try this...<br />

koi8-r<br />
windows-1251<br />
cp866<br />
ISO-8859-5<!--content-->exactly what i wanted leo ...<br />

Do you know where i can find a list of them for future ref?<br />
