I am trying to send out an html email similar to the kind you get from advertisors. I have Microsoft Publisher, as well as Dreamweaver. Surely I have enough software on this machine to create one but I just can't figure it out. If it helps I'm also using Outlook Express to send out my email. Can someone please give me a short how-to? I've searched the web and can't seem to find any the information.<br />

I'm trying to do something that isn't an attachment but instead in the body of the email. People usually don't open attachments.<br />
