happy xmas !

i hope that you great guys can help me !

my soccer pics are hosted by ANGELFIRE. but
when i try to post these pics from another
webpage (e.g. from a FORUM/ BOARD), it appears an
ANGELFIRE ERROR PIC. it's because, angelfire
doesn't allow linking to another page !

is it possible to handle this problem with a
special html-command ?

the address for this angelfire pic is:
www.angelfire.com/images/rloadblock.jpg

and the url of one of my pics is:
http://www.angelfire.com/celeb2/roque/roque001.jpg

thanx very much.
soccy.no, this is not a HTML issue. This is the deal: What you are referring to is called "hotlinking", and is not supported under most free servers. BAsically it means that you are using a web server as a 'storage' space to link to your pictures. Anglefire will allow you to display your pictures when you call them from a webpage inside your directory.... but not from an external website.

This prevents people from using excessive amounts of bandwith (read: cost the FREE servers a lot of money).yes, if you want to show your pic on other sites you should upload some pictures you want to use on free storage sites, suck as:

fastpublish.com
kturn.com
photoloft.com

these places let you upload pics/images and then you can get the link and then use them from there

kturn gives you 125 mb of space and also lets you upload other file types such as bmp jpg gif wav mp3 swf all those great things and its totaly free
