I'm not sure if this is the place to be asking this so if some knows of another more related forum PLMK<br />

I'm trying to set up a file rating system ( between 1 to 10) users on my site would rate these files and then the average rating and would be displayed. <br />
<br />
I am at a loss as to where to even start. My site is on a Linux server if that helps.<br />
