3) there are thoudsands of links on this page;

Do these links pass juice to the sites they link to??? How should we cheat these links? From this single page I think you shouldn't expect good feedback. If you have about 100 links like this I think that will worth something So it depends on the quantity?? I just found some of my competitors gain backlinks with this method. Just thoudsands of spammy comments. While the fact is that they have good index and place in google. Should I follow them to comment this way?
